The Rendering

You get the room in 3D with your cabinet doors, your counter, your backsplash. Changes are free on a screen and expensive on a job site, so we make them here.

The Order Window

Custom cabinetry runs two to three and a half months. We lock the order early so the cabinets are being built while you still have a working kitchen.

The Install

Simple upgrades can be done inside a week. A full custom kitchen runs up to twelve weeks on site. You get the schedule in writing before demolition.

Can I keep using my kitchen during the remodel?

Not the kitchen itself. We help you set up a temporary station with the fridge, microwave, and coffee maker somewhere else in the house, and we seal the work zone so dust stays put.

Do you move the sink and the range, or keep them where they are?

Both are possible. Relocating plumbing and gas costs more and is often what makes a kitchen finally work, so we price it as an option in the design phase and let you decide with the number in front of you.

What is the lead time on cabinets right now?

Custom cabinetry has been running two to three and a half months. Semi-custom and stock lines land sooner. We order the moment your design is approved.

Will the new floor match the rest of the house?

If the adjoining rooms have hardwood, we can usually weave and refinish so the transition disappears. If they have older material we cannot match, we will show you where the natural break point is before we start.

Do you handle the electrical and plumbing yourselves?

Licensed trades handle their own scopes under our management. Wisconsin requires separate trade permits for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC, and we coordinate every one of them.

How do I know where my property line is if we are adding a bump-out?

The Village of Rothschild actually loans residents metal detectors to locate the survey pins, and the county land information system maps parcels. We check all of it before designing anything that extends the footprint.
